Standard Level of Agreement:
- We guarantee that all goods collected are processed and recycled according to National Legislation and that GM Ewaste is accredited by NEMA.
- GM Ewaste will do a Ewaste audit of the items collected if required from the client on site and serial numbers of items will be recorded.
- All recycling certificate and reports required will be issued within 7 working days after
- GM Ewaste will ensure collection required will be dealt with in accordance with The National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998) (NEMA) and The Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993) (OHSA)
- We will be bound by our confidentiality obligation, towards our client’s
- Our collections are usually electronic within 24-72 hours of initial contact. The only criteria is to have 10 or more items consisting of desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, servers and If you have less than 10 items, please get in touch and we will do our best to help you. - We also collected fridges, Cookers, TV, Old vehicles and any other electrical and household items.
- GM Ewaste will collect goods for refurbishing, recycling and destruction nationwide
- Collections within Nairobi area will be provided free of charge to clients.
- We do however charge admin cost on 1st collection and will waiver in order to retain client.
- For collections that fall outside of Nairobi area, the client will be liable for the costs of recovering the goods and transporting it to our warehouse that is located at Ngong Road,
