Geoffe Mitch services ltd is a company registered in Kenya. GM hereby invite interested suppliers and service providers with suitable capabilities to be prequalified for supply of various categories of goods, provision of services and/or works for the period 2025– 2026 in Nairobi/Kenya.
Geoffe Mitch Services Ltd was incorporated in March 2012; to carry out detailed cleaning services all over Kenya. Presently, we operate our services in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and other parts of the country. We have a staff strength of over 1000 and a management team of experienced and capable individuals in the cleaning and facility management industry. We provide a range of services including office cleaning, residential cleaning, housekeeping & guest house management, post-construction cleaning, floor maintenance and restoration, carpet and upholstery cleaning, fumigation & pest control, recruitment, training & consultancy We add value to our customers’ lives by making their office and home environment as clinically clean and conducive as possible. Our goal is to keep our environment Clean and free of pest.
The broad objective of this assignment is to pre-qualify interested suppliers and service providers both current and new in the provision of assorted goods and services listed in this document under relevant tenders/ quotations as and when needed in the year 2025-2026.
GM undertakes to comply with her policies on Procurement and Disposal of asset and as such Suppliers are encouraged to be privy to its contents.
The document is available on our website, however, Suppliers who have paid the required Kshs 3,000.00 can request for a soft copy of it. The same shall be provided via email “businessdeveloper@gmcleaning.co.ke” . However, one is not permitted to share with other Suppliers the soft copy. If established a Supplier shared the document with another Supplier all the parties shall stand disqualified
PRE-QUALIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 Introduction
GM Services Limited would like to invite interested candidates who must qualify by
meeting the set criteria as provided by procuring entity to perform the contract of supply and delivery
or provision of services to the company.
1.2 Pre-qualification Objective
The main objective of this part is to deliver assorted items and also provide services under relevant
tenders/quotations to Geoffe Mitch Limited as and when required during the period ending 2024.
1.3 Invitation of Pre-qualification
Suppliers in respective merchandise or services are invited to submit the PRE-QUALIFICATION to
Geoffe Mitch Limited so that they may be pre-qualified for submission of tenders/quotations. Bids
will be submitted in complete lots or in combination. The client prospective suppliers to supply
mandatory information for pre-qualification.
1.4 Experience
Prospective suppliers and contractors must have carried/offered out successful supply and delivery of
similar items/contracts/services and must demonstrate the willingness and commitment to meet the prequalification.
1.5 Pre-qualification Documents
These documents include questionnaire form and documents required for prospective suppliers.
In order to be considered for pre-qualification prospective supplier must submit all information
herein requested.

The prequalification will be completed online and suppliers can request for the pre qualification document on email businessdeveloper@gmcleaning.co.ke and cc to procurement@gmcleaning.co.ke

Access to the prequalification will be granted upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES. 3,000 per category. All payments will be made via:

The deadline for participation in the prequalification exercise is 8th NOVEMBER 2024 by 12.00 P.M.EAT.
Where required, all requisite documentation must be scanned and uploaded onto the online portal.
Paper/hardcopy applications will not be accepted.
Current suppliers and service providers are required to participate in order to be considered. All applicants who duly complete the online prequalification process will be notified on the outcome of their applications after completion of the vetting process.
Geoffe mitch Services Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications to the prequalification either in whole or in part

- Company Pin Certificate
- Valid TAX Compliance Certificate/Tax exemption Certificate
- Copy of current business permit/Trade license
- Proof of legal existence – Copies of Certificate of Incorporation/business registration
- Company /Business profile
- Books of Audited accounts for the last 2 years (Only for the OPEN Categories)
- Valid CR12 form for Limited liability companies and ID of Director(s) for Sole proprietorship/Partnership.

- Signed Declaration form
- A copy of payment slip

- Proof of Previous works
- National Construction Authority NCA 8 and (for small works)
- Valid National Construction Authority Annual Practising License 8 and above
Additionally, suppliers shall be expected to provide documentary proof of their capability in the respective areas of application. In this case, documents detailing the necessary qualifications, experience, resources, equipment, facilities and proof of membership to a professional body where relevant should be attached.
